You do not have to decide anything to find out whether this fits. Send the ISO 9001 checklist you would least like to rewrite, and we will map it and show you what it looks like as a structured assessment — what becomes a digital workflow, where evidence collection tightens, and how the report drafts from the assessment data. Whether or not we ever work together. It takes us about a day and costs you nothing.
Book 20 minutesEncoding a methodology properly takes us about a week, so we take them in the order they are confirmed — slot one starts Monday, slot five in about five weeks. Five remaining. When it reaches zero, migration is charged.
If it is not doing what you expected, ask within thirty days and we refund the year in full, no questions. You keep the encoded methodology either way — we are not holding your own work hostage.

No setup fee, no implementation project, no minimum term beyond the year you have paid for. Drafting beyond your allowance is £3 a report and we ask before we charge — nothing is billed without you agreeing to it.
You already have an AI subscription, and it already writes a passable nonconformity statement. Pricing above that would be asking you to pay a premium for something you believe you already have. So we don't.
What you are paying for is not the writing. It is that every sentence resolves — to the clause text and to the specific client document it rests on — and that the evidence you collect this year is still filed against a clause next year, when the same client comes up for surveillance. A chat window can do neither, and no amount of prompting will change that.
Most of what £495 buys is not software at all. It is the week we spend taking your sections, your question sequence and your scoring and building them into the platform — work we would otherwise charge £750 to £1,500 for. We are doing it free for five practices because we need five real methodologies running against real clients more than we need the money, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up as a launch promotion.
There is no per-standard charge and no cap on how many clients you keep in here. Building the clause library costs us once, and a client record costs us nothing — charging for either would be a toll rather than a cost. The only thing that scales with what we spend is report drafting, so that is the only thing we meter.

No customer data is used for training, ever. We are targeting SOC 2 Type II within twelve months of launch — and we would rather you interrogate this than take it on faith, given what you do for a living.
Every generated sentence carries a citation resolving to the response, artefact and clause it came from. Output without a resolvable citation is rejected before it reaches a user. Clause text is served from the standards library rather than model memory, so a clause reference cannot be fabricated.
Nothing reaches a client without a named human accepting it, and that acceptance is recorded with the model, the prompt template and the citation set. Any tenant can disable AI features entirely and use the platform as a structured assessment tool.
