IAF MD 5:2023 defines audit time to include report writing — then states that additional report-writing time “will not be justification for reducing the on-site duration.” Those hours must be spent. The ones assessors actually ask
Does this replace the auditor's judgement?
No, and we would not want it to. Every question carries a free-text observation field that the answer options never constrain, so the assessor records what actually happened rather than the nearest available tick-box. The platform takes what the assessor concluded and turns it into the deliverable. Judgement is the input, never the output.
How do I know the AI is not fabricating findings?
Every generated sentence carries a citation you can click through to the response, the evidence artefact and the clause it came from. Output without a resolvable citation is rejected before it reaches you. Clause text is served from the standards library rather than recalled from model memory, so a clause reference cannot be invented. And nothing reaches a client without a named human accepting it, which is recorded in the audit log.
Is it really white-labelled?
Yes, on the Firm plan. Your clients see your logo, your colours, your terminology and your domain. Clausemap does not appear in the interface, in email headers, in PDF metadata, in page titles or on the custom domain.
Which standards ship with content?
ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 42001 arrive with working clause libraries, assessment templates and recommendation libraries. NIS2 Article 21 and Cyber Resilience Act Article 14 readiness templates are included as well. Your own methodology can be added through the Studio, and we will encode it for you if you would rather not.
We already use a practice-management tool. Does this replace it?
No — keep it. That is your time, billing and client records, and we integrate rather than compete. What those tools do not do is help you produce the work product. They track time against the deliverable; none of them helps you make it.
Where does our client data live?
Organisation-scoped isolation enforced at the query layer, with US and EU data residency selectable per tenant and a dedicated environment with your own SSO available. No customer data is used for training. We would rather you interrogate this than not, given what you do for a living.
